TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Eligibility & Membership
    • Membership of JV Dream Bazaar is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or above.
    • Any eligible person may become a member/customer without payment of any joining fee or investment.
  • Monthly Purchase Requirement
    • To be eligible for any rewards, benefits, or incentives offered by the Company, it is mandatory for every member/customer to purchase products worth a minimum of ₹300 per month from JV Dream Bazaar.
  • KYC & Accuracy of Information
    • At the time of registration, every member/customer must provide true, complete, and accurate information as per valid e-KYC documents.
    • If at any time the Company discovers that false, incorrect, or misleading information has been provided, the Company reserves the right to suspend the membership immediately.
    • Upon verification of such discrepancy, the membership may be terminated without prior notice.
  • SB Coins & Business Promotion
    • The Company awards SB Coins on eligible purchases made by members/customers.
    • Members/customers may promote products and sponsor other individuals strictly in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Nature of SB Coins
    • SB Coins are not legal tender, are non-transferable to bank accounts, and do not constitute cash or monetary income.
  • Redemption of SB Coins
    • SB Coins may be redeemed only for products, rewards, gifts, or other benefits as specified by the Company from time to time.
  • Gift Claim Period
    • A qualifying member/customer must claim any eligible gift within six (6) months from the date of qualification.
    • Claims made after the expiry of this period shall not be entertained.
  • Gifts, Tours & Forfeiture
    • A member/customer qualifying for a gift or tour shall not be entitled to any cash alternative or substitution.
    • If a member/customer fails or chooses not to participate in a Company-organized tour, the tour benefit shall be forfeited.
    • The Company shall not be responsible for visa rejection, travel restrictions, or embassy decisions, and no compensation shall be payable in such cases.
  • Transfer of Membership
    • Membership may be transferred only to an immediate family member, subject to prior written approval of the Company.
    • Submission of valid supporting documents is mandatory.
    • The final decision of the Company shall be binding.

MEMBER / CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

  • Members/customers shall purchase only products required for personal use; the Company does not compel or force purchases.
  • No member/customer is obligated to purchase products or to compel others to do so.
  • Products with manufacturing defects may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to Company policy.
  • Returned products must be unused, sealed, and in resalable condition.
  • Repeated or excessive returns may result in refusal of return requests at the Company’s discretion.

RESTRICTIONS & RIGHTS RESERVED

  • Members/customers shall not publish or circulate false, misleading, exaggerated, or tempting claims regarding products, income, or business opportunities on social media or any other platform.
  • Members/customers shall not conduct transactions, enter into agreements, or make commitments on behalf of the Company.
  • Login credentials must be kept confidential. The Company shall not be liable for misuse due to sharing or negligence.
  • The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
  • Members/customers must clearly and truthfully explain Company rules and policies to prospective customers.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue its business plan, policies, or rewards at any time without prior notice.

COMPLIANCE & DISCIPLINARY ACTION

  • Any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in suspension, termination, or other appropriate action as deemed fit by the Company.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION

  • All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
  • The courts at Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

ETHICAL CONDUCT

  • Every member/customer is required to act honestly and ethically.
  • No false claims shall be made regarding product quality, usage, income potential, earnings, or effort required to build the business.
