Returns & Refund Policy

J.V. JV Dream Bazaar returns and refund policy:

I. Return to Origin-

a. When a product is undelivered by courier due to some uncertain reasons, we will refund the full amount after receiving the product at our facility.
b. When a product is lost by courier in transit. We will refund the full amount at the same time.

II. Customer returns

a. Customer returns will be accepted only when a product delivered is wrong or damaged.
b. Customer can contact support team via email,whatsapp raise ticket within 4 days from delivery. Our team will request for certain proofs of damages, wrong item delivered.

Note: Customer Returns will be accepted within four days from delivery date.

Refund Policy

We have easy refund policy for your comfortable shopping.

• Amount for returning products will be refunded via shopping wallet after deduction of delivery + return charges.
• Products must be unused and should be according to our refund policy.
