Q1. What types of memberships are available on JV Dream Bazaar?

Answer : JV Dream Bazaar offers the following upgraded membership categories:

Prime Membership

VIP Membership

All memberships are subject to the Company’s Terms & Conditions and applicable Indian laws.

Q2. What is the eligibility for Prime Membership?

Answer : A user becomes eligible for Prime Membership upon maintaining 10 active referral members, in accordance with the eligibility criteria defined by JV Dream Bazaar.

Eligibility does not guarantee income or rewards and is subject to compliance verification.

Q3. What is the eligibility for VIP Membership?

Answer : A user becomes eligible for VIP Membership upon maintaining 20 active referral members, as per the Company’s membership policy.

Membership eligibility is performance-based and does not assure any fixed or guaranteed earnings.

Q4. What is the validity of Prime and VIP memberships?

Answer : Both Prime and VIP memberships are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation or upgrade.

Q5. What happens after the membership validity expires?

Answer : Upon expiry of the 12-month validity period, the membership will automatically lapse. Users may renew or upgrade their membership again using SB Coins, subject to prevailing rules and eligibility at that time.

Q6. How many SB Coins are required to upgrade or renew membership?

Answer : Prime Membership: 500 SB Coins

VIP Membership: 1000 SB Coins

SB Coins usage is governed by the Company’s reward and redemption policy and may be revised from time to time.

Q7. What is the validity after upgrading with SB Coins?

Answer : Any membership upgraded or renewed using SB Coins will be valid for 12 months from the date of successful upgrade.

Q8. Are referral members required to be active for eligibility?

Answer : Yes. Only active referral members, as defined by JV Dream Bazaar policies, are considered for Prime or VIP membership eligibility.

Inactive, dormant, or non-compliant accounts may not be counted.

Q9. Does Prime or VIP membership guarantee income or profits?

Answer : No. JV Dream Bazaar does not guarantee any income, commission, or financial returns.

All rewards, incentives, or benefits are strictly linked to actual product purchases, genuine customer activity, and compliance with applicable laws.

Q10. Can JV Dream Bazaar modify membership rules or eligibility criteria?

Answer : Yes. JV Dream Bazaar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update membership benefits, eligibility conditions, SB Coin requirements, or validity periods at its sole discretion, in compliance with applicable laws.

Any changes will be effective as updated on the website.
