ID / Membership Block Policy

JV Dream Bazaar may temporarily suspend or permanently block any User ID or Membership ID to ensure legal compliance, consumer protection, and ethical business practices.

Grounds for Blocking

An ID may be blocked if a user:

Violates the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021

Engages in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical activities

Creates duplicate or fake accounts

Misuses referral, reward, wallet, or commission systems

Submits false or incomplete KYC information

Makes false income claims or promotes prohibited schemes

Attempts unauthorized system access or credential sharing

Effects of Blocking

Login access and referral benefits may be suspended

Wallet balance, rewards, or commissions may be withheld or reversed

Membership benefits may be restricted or cancelled

Reinstatement

Blocking may be reviewed upon user request

Reinstatement is at the sole discretion of JV Dream Bazaar

Benefits earned in violation of policy may be forfeited

Legal Compliance

Serious violations may attract action under applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Direct Selling Rules, 2021, and Information Technology Act, 2000.
